{Jessica Coulter}
Children's Director/Church Administrator
Being a military child, Jessica grew up traveling and
living all over the
country. After attending Appalachian State University and
receiving her
degree in teaching, Jessica and her husband, Ben, moved to
the Southern Pines
area. In 2005, they moved back to the Matthews area, where
they now live
with their daughter, Emma, and son, Matthew, who is on the
way. Jessica
loves investing in the lives of children through teaching
preschool at the
local YMCA and serving as Advent's Children's Director. She
can't wait to
see how God builds up His Kingdom through the lives of His
little ones!

1. Who is your favorite band/artist? Mercy Me- I always turn the
radio up louder when they are on!
2. If you were stranded on a deserted island with 3 people,
who would
they be and why?
-
My husband and daughter... how could I be without them?!?
(I'd have to count them as one!)
- A doctor. We are having a little boy in July and I would
so need a doctor to help with the delivery!
- A chef who can cook seafood well since I hate seafood and
it seems like you would have to eat a lot of seafood if you
were on a deserted island.
3. What is your favorite restaurant in Charlotte?
Hmm... a
favorite is so hard, because I LOVE all food!!! With a
toddler it is hard to eat out a lot, but on the few date
nights that my husband and I have had, I have loved going
to Cosmos to get a big, juicy hamburger with fries!
YUM!!
4.What is your favorite book (aside from the Bible)?
Redeeming
Love by Francine Rivers. It is
probably the most powerful work
of fiction I have ever read because it truly changed me as
a person and who I am as a daughter of the
King.
5.Biggest pet peave? When people are rude to
each other... things are so much better when we all just
try to live a life of love!
